A new commission is studying ways to protect Pennsylvania's voting system from foreign hacking. David Hickton, a former US Attorney co-chairs the Blue Ribbon Commission on Pennsylvania's Election Security, says the US Department of Homeland Security confirmed the state's voter rolls were penetrated by hackers in 2016. However... that was not the case in Columbia County. Chief voter registrar Matt Repasky says the machines in the 42 precincts are not connected to the internet... and are kept in a secure location off – season.
