Lt. Governor John Fetterman provided the Senate and House Democratic Policy Committee with an update on his statewide recreational marijuana listening tour. So far he has visited more than 50 of the state’s 67 counties. The Lt. Governor says most of what he's heard has been in support of the legalization of recreational marijuana. Fetterman says opponents have voiced concerns that marijuana is gateway drug and about driving under the influence of marijuana. Fetterman says people would like to see revenue from the taxation of recreational marijuana be used for a particular purpose such as fixing roads or lowering property taxes.
