Lt. Gov. Holds Recreational Pot Listening Session Tonight In Bloomsburg

Lt. Governor John Fetterman brings his statewide marijuana listening tour to Bloomsburg University tonight to gather input from the public on whether or not Pennsylvania should legalize marijuana for recreational use. The event, which is open to the public, is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Centennial Hall at 400 East Second Street in Bloomsburg. One person who won’t be at the event is Columbia County State Representative David Millard. One reason he won’t be attending tonight’s session with Fetterman is because the legislature is in session in Harrisburg, but another reason Representative Millard won’t be there is because his mind is made up on the issue. He is strongly opposed to legalizing recreational pot because he believes it will mean more impaired drivers on state roadways.
