A Columbia County man has been indicted on charges he provided the heroin and fentanyl that killed a Bloomsburg University student back in 2017. Pennlive.com says 23-year-old Mark Minichella of Catawissa is accused of providing the fatal dose of the dangerous drugs to 20-year-old Andrew Reisinger who was pronounced dead at his grandparents home in Catawissa Township on the morning of August 12th, 2017. Columbia County Coroner Jeremy Reese had ruled the death a homicide because he said evidence showed Reisinger was provided the drugs. Pennlive.com says since taking office in 2016, Reese has ruled four drug deaths as homicides. Minichella is locked up awaiting trial in Federal Court in Wiliamsport.
