Governor Tom Wolf is praising a new state law designed to help non-violent ex-offenders. The governor says Pennsylvania is the only state with a "Clean Slate" law. Anyone convicted of a non-violent offense can have it cleared from their record as long has they have paid all debts and remain crime free for at least ten years. Wolf says these records have been a burden for someone seeking housing, education or a job. More information is available at www.MyCleanSlatePA.com.
