The first major initiative for Pennsylvania's Lt. Governor will take him to all 67 counties, focusing on the controversial issue of recreational marijuana. Lt. Governor John Fetterman has already stated that he's in favor of legalizing marijuana for recreational use in Pennsylvania, now he wants to hear what the people think, as he embarks on a tour of the state, starting in mid February. Gov. Tom Wolf endorses the tour, saying any proposal for legalizing recreational marijuana wouldn't come until after the medical marijuana program, legalized in 2016, is fully implemented.
