Gasoline Prices At Their Lowest Point Of The Year

Gasoline prices are at their lowest point of the year, but since OPEC has decided to cut production, prices will likely be headed up again. At $2.66 on Friday the average price for a gallon of regular gas in Pennsylvania was at its lowest level of the year, significantly lower than this year's highest average price of $3.13 which occurred around Memorial Day. But with gas prices likely headed up again, Triple-A is offering tips to conserve fuel, including only warming up your vehicle and running the heater just long enough to remove the chill inside.
