Governor Likely To Continue Agenda In 2019

As 2019 and Governor Wolf’s second term approaches, the consensus in Harrisburg is that is that the Governor will continue pushing "unfinished business" from his first term. Columbia County state Representative David Millard said on the WHLM Morning Buzz Thursday he expects the Governor to take a another shot at a natural gas severance tax. Harrisburg insiders believe the governor will also push for increased education spending and take another run at a minimum wage hike.
