Central Columbia at Southern Columbia 10/26
Trailing 7-0 at halftime, Southern Columbia got short touchdown runs from Matt Lupold and Adam Feudale in the second half to beat Central Columbia 15-7. The play of the game came in the thrid quarter with the Tigers facing fourth and 11 at the Central Columbia 35 yard line. Taylor Young's 34 yard completion to Luke Rarig set up Lupold's touchdown run. Young then ran for the two point conversion giving the Tigers their first lead. Despite being held to season lows in points, first downs, and total offense, Southern Columbia remained unbeaten and can clinch the Heartland Conference Division three title with a win over Warrior Run in the regular season finale.
