The Bloomsburg Public Library unveiled their first in a series of “Historic Bloomsburg” ceramic crocks this week to commemorate Bloomsburg’s iconic buildings. To see a sample of this year’s crock and get more information visit the library on Market Street in Bloomsburg.
Faith Assembly of God Church will host a “Teen Night” this Wednesday with special speaker Zach Adams at 7:00 PM. The church is located in Hazle Township.
Bloomsburg Christian Church’s free library is open Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. They have works of fiction, children & teen books, non-fiction, music, DVDs and more.
The Bloomsburg University Gender Studies Minor Foreign Film Series will show another film this Thursday at 7:00 PM…the screening is in McCormick Hall on the BU Campus.

Central Columbia put up a valiant fight against their Nemesis of Mount Carmel in our Game of the Week Friday night, but ultimately came up short against MCA 34-14. In Bulldogs action on 103.5 Berwick shut out Tunkhannock 49-0.
Other High School Football
In other action, Southern Columbia extended their winning streak with a 50-21 win against Selinsgrove, Danville beat Jersey Shore 42-14, Vo-Tech fell to Nativity 10-6, and Bloomsburg beat Muncy 42-20.
Bloomsburg University Football
