9:00AM 4:00PM Roongos Kids Camp Bloomsburg University will be holding Roongo’s Kids Camp from Monday June 10th through Friday June 14th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day at the Nelson Field House. 4:00PM 7:00PM Strawberry Festival Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ presents their annual strawberry festival on Wednesday June 12th from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. The church is handicapped accessible and air-conditioned. They’re located at 260 East Seventh Street in Bloomsburg.
All Day Volunteers Needed The American Cancer Society is looking for volunteers for their “Road to Recovery” program. You can volunteer your spare time to provide free transportation taking cancer patients to and from their treatments. Volunteer Drivers are needed in Columbia and Montour Counties. All Day Head Start Recruitment The Columbia Sullivan Head Start program is now recruiting children for the 2013-2014 program year. Head start is federal funded pre-school program that emphasizes education, health, nutrition, mental health, disabilities, social services and parent involvement.
