8:30AM 10:30AM Men's Resurrection Breakfast The annual regional Men’s Resurrection Breakfast will be held on Saturday March 30th from 8:30 to 10:30 AM in the gymnasium at Lewisburg Alliance Church. The guest speaker will be Dr. Jobe Martin, the Director of Biblical Discipleship Ministries out of Texas. The program will include special music and a testimony by Lewisburg High School Athlete, Brandon Smith. Cost of the breakfast is $10. 10:00AM 4:00PM Pencil Day The Children's Museum invites your kids to Pencil Day on Saturday March 30th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Celebrate the invention of the pencil and learn about how they are made. Wear yellow for a dollar off admission. The Children's Museum is located on West 7th Street in Bloomsburg.
11:00AM 1:00PM Community Easter Egg Hunt New Life Tabernacle Church and Local Businesses of Bloomsburg are holding the Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday March 30th at 11 AM at the Bloomsburg Senior High School Soccer Fields. Pre-Registration begins at 10 AM the morning of the hunt. All children ages 1 to 12 must be registered in order to qualify for drawings held after the egg hunt. 12:00PM 2:00PM Patch Works The Bloomsburg Public Library and the Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble are presenting a classroom production of “Patch Works” on Saturday March 30th at noon. “Patch Works” is about the life and legends of the coal towns of Pennsylvania. The library closes for business at noon on Saturdays, so come early to get a seat for this outstanding, original, free performance.

4:00PM 6:00PM Chicken BBQ Dinner The Liberty Township Fire Company is holding a chicken barbeque dinner on Saturday March 30th starting at 4:00 PM. The cost of the meal is $8.00. They're serving ½ chicken, macaroni salad, baked beans, roll, and cake. You can eat in or take out. The Liberty Township Fire Company is located on Mooresburg Road.
All Day Scriptual Lenten Series St. Cyril Spiritual Center in Danville is hosting a Scriptural Lenten Series starting Monday February 18th for 7 consecutive Mondays. The sessions will be held morning and evening…with the hope to help participants grow progressively in grace and in spiritual freedom. You can attend one day or the entire series. All Day SMILE Meeting SMILE is happy to announce that they will now host meetings in Bloomsburg and Berwick. SMILE is a group for single mothers to get together for support and friendship. Meetings in Bloomsburg will be held on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month at Bloomsburg Christian Church. In Berwick at the New Covenant Christian Center on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays. All Day American Cancer Societ Wig Program The American Cancer Society is providing free wigs and head coverings for any woman who is experiencing hair loss as a result of cancer treatment. According to a recent study, nearly 60 percent of women consider hair loss the most dreaded side effect of cancer treatment. Appointments for the wig program can be made by calling 1-800-227-2345.
All Day Art Installation Project Bloomsburg University’s Haas Center for the Arts will soon become home to an original art piece designed to celebrate the collaboration of the university and the greater Bloomsburg community. The piece, titled Confluence, will be a 7 foot by 60 foot depiction of the growth and activity of a small town and how the beauty of nature has inspired a wealth of visual art and cultural enrichment in the area. 19 Susquehanna River Artists have collaborated to construct 18 large tiles that will be installed every two weeks until the piece is completed on May 3rd.
