||The Potts Grove Fire Company is serving up their monthly all you can eat breakfast buffet this Sunday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The buffet will be filled with eggs, homefries, sausage, scrapple, bacon, sausage gravy…and brunch starts at 10:00 AM. They have a new menu each month. Cost is $8.00 for you, $4.00 for your kids ages 4 to 12, and children 3 and under are free. Proceeds benefit the Potts Grove Fire Company.
||Loose Ties Model Railroad
||The Loose Ties Model Railroad Club will open their huge free operating display of trains at the Columbia Mall this weekend. They have over 60 trains and 10,000 feet of track. It’s open Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from Noon to 4:00 pm.
||Kidsburg 2.0 Dining Club
||The Kidsburg 2.0 committee invites you to their first dining club fundraiser this Sunday at the Turkey Hill Brewing Company. All day long proceeds from meal swill be donated to Kidsburg 2.0, which is the team working to rebuild Kidsburg in Bloomsburg Town Park. You can come any time this Sunday from 4:00 to 9:00 PM to have your meal help their cause…at the Turkey Hill Brewing Company.
||Open Bowling at the Moose Exchange
||Open Bowling will be going on at the Moose Exchange on Fridays from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, and Saturdays, 10:00AM to 2:00PM. Five dollars per person includes bowling shoes, balls, and hours of fun! Book your party or group for only $50 an hour, which includes six lanes, balls, and shoes. For more information call 317-2596.
||S.M.I.L.E. Invites you if you're a single mother to visit their website smilesinglemoms.org to check out their upcoming events. They meet every Sunday from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at New Covenant Christian Center in Berwick. This month they'll have coffee talk.
||Toys for Tots
||The annual Toys for Tots Campaign will run October 1st through December 22nd. Keep your eyes open for drop off boxes in our area to donate new unwrapped toys for children in need in our area to make their Christmas special. You can bring donations of toys for this year's campaign to the WHLM Studios location on East Main Street in Downtown Bloomsburg.
||Ceramic Crock Sale
||The Bloomsburg Public Library is offering their first “Historic Bloomsburg” series of ceramic crocks to commemorate Bloomsburg's iconic buildings. In honor of their first release they will feature the 1925 Bloomsburg Public Library building on this year's crock. To see a sample and order your crock just stop by their location on Market Street in Bloomsburg. Orders are being accepted through the end of the year....proceeds benefit the library's programs.
||Florida Citrus Sale
||The Berwick Kiwanis Club is now accepting orders for their annual Florida citrus sale. Orders for seedless naval oranges and ruby red grapefruit will be taken through November 21st. Fruit will be available for pickup Saturday December 1st at the Metrocast warehouse. To order call 759-8272.
