8:00AM 1:00PM Blood Drive The Columbia Mall's weekly blood drive will be open Tuesday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. It's in the space across from the Wheelchair Engineers at the mall.
4:00PM 6:00PM Ag Festival The Danville High School Ag Department is holding a fall harvest festival on Tuesday October 23rd to showcase the local Agriculture Industry. They invite you to bring your family out for the event from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Danville High School Gymnasium Lawn.
5:00PM 8:00PM Open Bowling at the Moose Exchange Open Bowling will be going on at the Moose Exchange on Fridays from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, and Saturdays, 10:00AM to 2:00PM. Five dollars per person includes bowling shoes, balls, and hours of fun! Book your party or group for only $50 an hour, which includes six lanes, balls, and shoes. For more information call 317-2596.
All Day Art Exhibit Northern Columbia Community and Cultural Center, Benton will be hosting a new exhibit displaying the works of Rolland Ryan and Jay McHenry. The exhibit will run through October at the N4C's in Benton. For additional information please call the Center at 925-0163.
All Day Toys for Tots The annual Toys for Tots Campaign will run October 1st through December 22nd. Keep your eyes open for drop off boxes in our area to donate new unwrapped toys for children in need in our area to make their Christmas special. You can bring donations of toys for this year's campaign to the WHLM Studios location on East Main Street in Downtown Bloomsburg.
All Day Ceramic Crock Sale The Bloomsburg Public Library is offering their first “Historic Bloomsburg” series of ceramic crocks to commemorate Bloomsburg's iconic buildings. In honor of their first release they will feature the 1925 Bloomsburg Public Library building on this year's crock. To see a sample and order your crock just stop by their location on Market Street in Bloomsburg. Orders are being accepted through the end of the year....proceeds benefit the library's programs.
6:00PM 7:00PM Berwick Halloween Parade The Berwick Elks host their annual Halloween Parade on Tuesday October 23rd. The parade forms in the rear of the Berwick Elks Lodge parking lot at 6:00 PM and moves at 6:30 PM.
6:30PM 9:00PM Canidates Night Canidates Night for the 107th Legislative District and 11th Congressional District, will be going on at American Legion Post #40 on route 11 in Danville. Kurt Masser and Ted Yeager from the 107th District, will be on from 7:00PM to 8:00PM, and Lou Barletta and Gene Stilp, for the 11th District, from 8:00PM to 9:00PM. Tuesday, October 23rd, from 7-9PM doors open at 6:30PM.
6:30PM 9:00PM Green Fire The North Central Pennsylvania Conservancy and the Moose Exchange will host a free screening of “Green Fire” Tuesday October 23rd at the Moose Exchange in Downtown Bloomsburg. Doors open at 6:30 PM and the film begins at 7:00 PM. For information call 323-6222.
