All Day Pennsylvania Hands The Shamokin and Coal Township Public Library presents “Pennsylvania Hands” a narrative visual celebration of the traditional crafts of Pennsylvania alive. The crafts of blacksmith, weaver, bookbinder, spinner, and more will be highlighted in the journey. The project will be on display through the month of September. The library is located in Shamokin.
All Day Scarecrow Decorating Contest The Orangeville Public Library will hold a family scarecrow decorating contest this September and October. Scarecrow frames will be available at for pick up between September 17th to October 13th. Voting for the scarecrows begins October 15th. Prizes will be awarded. All Day Bloomsburg Fair The Bloomsburg Fair is happening Saturday September 22nd through Saturday September 29th. The fairgrounds are filled with agricultural and craft exhibits, food vendors, rides and games, free entertainment and big name shows. It's the Bloomsburg Fair September 22nd through the 29th.
