East Stroudsburg at Bloomsburg University October 13
Junior running back Franklyn Quiteh and redshirt freshman quarterback Tim Kelly both had career days as the Huskies beat East Stroudsburg 48-27. Quiteh ran the ball 43 times for 282 yards, both career bests, and had touchdown runs of 2, 40, and 20 yards. In the process he became the first Husky to rush for over 1000 yards in three seasons. Kelly threw touchdown passes of five yards to Larry Webster, 37 and 68 yards to Glen Hutton, and 72 yards to Ryan Dickerson. Kelly's four touchdown passes and 267 yards passing were both season and thus career highs. With 3:31 to go in the third quarter, the Huskies led 21-17, but with Kelly and Quiteh leading the way, Bloomsburg outscored the Warriors 27-10 the rest of the way as the Huskies improved to 7-0, 4-0 in the PSAC East. East Stroudsburg fell to 3-3 overall, 2-2 in the East.
